How payment works
We send payment instructions with your booking confirmation. A deposit of 30% secures the trip and the balance is due on the date stated in your confirmation. Accepted methods are listed in your quote.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
Protect yourself from fraud
- We never ask for card numbers or PINs by email, WhatsApp or phone.
- Before sending a bank transfer, confirm our bank details by calling us or by replying to an email you started yourself.
- Payment requests come only from [email protected] or from the payment page linked in your confirmation.
- If something looks wrong, stop and contact us at [email protected].
Invoices and receipts
You receive a receipt for each payment. Keep your booking reference when contacting us.
