12 Days Desert Tour From North to South of Morocco
Day 1 Tangier
Arrival at Tangier. Welcome and reception at the port, transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Tangier – Chefchaouen
The tour begins with breakfast in Tetouan, visit traditional villages along the road, arrival at Chefchauen.Walk around the village, enjoying its famous, markets, etc.Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Chefchaouen – Fez
Road to Fez, lunch and tour of the medina and tanners.Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Fez- Ifrane – Azrou – Midelte – Erfoud – Merzouga
The first to see are: the lakes in Ifrane.Go through the forest monkeys.Walk through the Middle Atlas, we pass through the village where Midalte lunch and continued until Errachidia lake, crossing the valley ZIZ, villages, reaching Erfoud.Here the trail begins in the desert.Night at the inn, in front of the dunes.
Day 5 Merzouga – ERG-Chebbi – Merzouga
After breakfast we return to see the dunes and the oasis of Merzouga 2, nomadic lands, residents KHAMLIA (Black) MIFISS mines, desert plateau, nomads, Berbers, the oasis TISSARDMINE .In the afternoon, stroll around the dunes camels to watch the sunset.Sleeping in the desert next to a beautiful oasis.Overnight in tent.
Day 6 Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Todra Gorges – Dades
We will start by visiting the market Rissani, then walk to the town of Alnif, where the trail begins to get to the famous Todra, food and rest, we continue our road to the Gorges of Dades.Overnight at hotel.
Day 7 Dades – Bouteghrar – Skoura – Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast we cross the Dades Valley, knowledge of several Berber villages.Keep walking by a mountain track AMGOUNE.So we will see nomadic caves, the Valley of Roses, visit the Kasbah of AMRIDILE, arrived at Lake Ouarzazate, lunch and rest, still in Aït Ben Haddou.Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 Aït-Ben-Haddou – Marrakech – Essaouira
After breakfast, visit a real old Kasbah where movies were filmed as Obelix, Gladiator and many others.Follow the path to cross the High Atlas to the port of T’ichka height of 2260 meters, stopping at places with magnificent panoramic views to take pictures, lunch in Marrakech, then follow the path until Essaouirra.Overnight at Hotel.
Day 9 Essaouira – Marrakesh
After breakfast, we visit the old town of Essaouira, accompanied by a local guide.Know and rest on the beach.About 3 hours, we will be in the direction of Marrakech.Night in a hotel or riad.
Day 10 Marrakesh
Day 11 Marrakesh – Casablanca – Rabat – Assilaha
Early departure to visit the Hassan II Mosque, then to Rabat to visit the museum and the mosque of Mohamed V.Food and rest.Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 Fez – Tangier
Morning on the beach until the collection by the carrier that will take us to the port to take the ferry back to the European continent.Have a good trip.
