You will not descend below 1,500m, instead crossing three stunning mountain passes over 3,000m where you are likely to encounter local nomadic shepherds. The trail gently leads you to the base of Toubkal for a final summit push via a spectacular, original route.

Trekking Difficulty & Logistical Support
We believe in making high-altitude trekking accessible while ensuring your comfort. Our hikes are categorized into three levels:
- Easy: 4 to 5 hours of walking per day (Village-to-village focus).
- Medium: 5 to 6 hours of walking per day (Balanced alpine trekking).
- Supported/Challenging: 7 to 8 hours of walking per day (High passes and summit pushes).
Full Luggage Support: You will never have to carry a heavy backpack. All of your main luggage, camping equipment, and food supplies are transported by our sure-footed mules (and occasionally camels in the lower valleys), handled by experienced local muleteers. You only need to carry a light daypack for your water, camera, and extra layers.
Practical Trekking Tips
- Best Season: Our Toubkal programs run primarily from May to October. During these months, the mountain passes are clear of deep snow, and the days are filled with brilliant sunshine and crisp, fresh mountain air.
- Fitness & Gear: A good level of physical fitness is required, especially for the Medium and Supported treks. Sturdy, broken-in hiking boots with excellent ankle support are mandatory.
- What to Pack: Layered clothing is essential (alpine weather can change quickly). Bring a warm down jacket for the evenings and summit morning, a waterproof windbreaker, a sun hat, high-SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, trekking poles, and a 20-30L daypack.
